Visiting my heat pump: My heat pump system was installed by Octopus towards the end of Feb 2025; so I am still on the early part of the learning curve. I can tell you about the installation experience, and first impressions. If that floats your boat, then do come for a tour. But I can't yet give you detailed figures on savings or efficiency.
