We also changed the radiators but this was done gradually.
We insulated some rooms but not all (the main rooms of the house are left uninsulated). It's a leaky Victorian property with sash windows and 3 external walls.
The full installation including underfloor heating to the basement, hot water cylinder, and commissioning was 2 weeks. 

Our energy bill is comparable to our neighbours and in terms of heat it gets very warm (despite being an old leaky property). Operationally we tend to leave it on all the time as it works more efficiently that way, it takes a long time to heat back up if it's switched fully off (if going away on holiday for example we need to turn the heating back on earlier than we did with a gas boiler).
