Installing the system

The install from Octopus Energy has been excellent, from the initial survey to commissioning. The installers (3) were very friendly and knowledgeable on all aspects of the heat pump.
Courtesy to our property, wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to install a heat pump.

Living with a heat pump

Reading all of the different settings and flow rates, outside temperature, etc,
Was very daunting, but once commissioned, it has been functioning way beyond our initial expectation, hot water has been amazing, heating has been a very steady comfortable heat all day long, unlike the Gas Boiler where we had cold to hot house scenarios.
