Hey, my names Ben and my day job is in telecommunications and I help to explain technical things in a non techie way. When I started my heat pump journey, I knew a little bit about plumbing and heating. Researched a LOT about heat pumps and finally took the plunge. Feel feee to book a visit and l will happily share my learnings, answer questions about why this is amazing technology and why Octopus was the right supplier for me - and why I chose Daikin rather than a Cosy unit.
