About me
Happy to help people be informed about their options, especially those with a gas boiler that's getting on. Our Vaillant gas boiler was around the end of its warranty period, that was our trigger for enquiring. A few months later, it's installed! Happy to demo it and share our experience. We've also got solar panels and batteries. Everything installed by Octopus.

Installing the system

Very happy with an Octopus install that took a week.

Living with a heat pump

Very, very happy so far. House is consistently warm, and more comfortable. No issues with late March / early April low overnight temperatures. Running costs seem to be less than gas.
