9kW ASHP replaced a faulty gas boiler providing space heating and domestic hot water in a EPC B Rated property. Underfloor heating on ground floor and radiators on upper floors. No additional insulation or radiator replacement was required. Property also has 5kWp solar PV array with 9.6kWh storage and a solar diverter to immersion heater.
