Installing the system
The install process was thoroughly planned out and explained by Octopus in advance, and went very smoothly. All operatives were courteous and accommodating and were happy to explain everything.
One minor aftercare issue was promptly resolved.

Living with a heat pump
It’s…different! Heat pumps work best “low and slow” so coming from a gas combi, after a slight shift in how we heat the home, we have no issues whatsoever.
