Installing the system

About 3 weeks, start to finish. They replaced the radiators and pipe work as it was all original from 1940s, added solar PVs to make the system more self sustainable/cheaper. House was bought as a project, so the disruption was not relevant. If I had been living in it before the installations, that might have been quite challenging, with floorboards coming up for new pipework.

Living with a heat pump

Totally comfy, it just stays a comfortable temperature constantly.
